Mizuumi-con... wow, that was fun! We had a good time.
First of all, we won the program design contest with this entry:

So we had two tables. Fff, the tables were longer than I expected. We had a lot of space and the tables were near the entrance to the vendor/artist room, so we got a lot of traffic! The room itself was nice and spacious. A huuuge improvement compared to last year. I think my only complaints would be that it got
very hot and also that the vendor directly behind us had some big display racking, so it wasn't as spacious behind the table as I would have liked. That wasn't too bad though.
We experimented with some new merchandise this year. Avi was selling some cute accessories, and we were trying some new keychain sort of things. Sam sold a lot of prints. I made up a doujinshi book of my Tomatia Fantasia comic (with a bit of extra content) and sold some of those. So that was cool to experiment a bit and see what people took a liking too.
I actually did a few
small commissions. Two Hetalia keychains and a postcard. I was happy to do those! I did a keychain with Greece and Turkey for a guy and he thanked me in Greek. I'm pretty sure I stared at him like an idiot, but that was really cool. XD
Also ~
saxitlurg picked up my Tomatia Fantasia book drew me this really super cute fanart for it in return. ;A; I was super touched!
If I should've known who any of our visitors were and I didn't recognize you, I really apologize. We were all running on little sleep. XD;;
Overall, I had a good time and we made some good sales. I look forward to the next con!
